Imagination Academy

Different Schools of Thought

In the U.S. and in developing nations, pre-school education can be an important strategy for achieving primary educational skills that enhance a deepening of insight as it develops the core imaginative qualities of children. As children are given an opportunity to be exposed to there own innate interests and observational skills in the form of some kind of early childhood pre-school education, the chances are high that the child will want to take it further. Having a desire to attend public school, private school or a vocational school can help them to experience a substantially better quality of life. Moreover, a pre-school exposure that enhances and strengthens the child's subsequent desire to grow and develop their own unique imaginative qualities and even an 'entrepreneurial spirit' of performance for their life in terms of business ownership can mean everything in terms of achievement and feelings of fulfillment and a life of joy.

Imagination Academy a Knew School of Thought

  • Targets pre-school and early stage developing children in the 3-8 years age group
  • Imagination Academy is for all children but we aim especially for un-reached children from low-income families
  • Located either at a municipal school, community space, place of worship or a tutor's home

Each class has around 12-20 children with an instructor from the local community and runs for 2-3 hours a day twice a week for 6 weeks in it's core creative, inventive, and imagination skill curriculums...each day and throughout the year for further skill and industry and business exposure...that leads to the child's discovery of interests.

This program is designed to help children re-build self-esteem and self-confidence who either are identified by their class teachers as lagging behind academically or who are home schooled and their parents want for their child to enhance the application of their child's imagination to learning. With a little extra help and encouragement, children can make substantial progress in basic math, writing, reading, geography, history, creativity, intuition and imagination, as well as, primary and foreign language skills within two months or less.

  • Targets municipal, private, and home school children
  • Aims at helping these students achieve literacy, numeric skills, and unleashing creative inventive imagination
  • An in home tutor normally works with 12-20 children

In developing nations it is very important to address basic health principles of self-care as well as basic principles of self-education. Entelechis has a huge initiative to inform children and adults about some of the most wide spread symptomatic problems among the children of developing nations, such as; basic hygiene, anemia, worm infestation and nutritional deficiencies. For example, an early pilot study in India of 250 children revealed that over 90% were anemic, over 70% were malnourished and over 50% suffered from functional disorders because of these deficiencies. These findings are categorically found in the children of most developing nations. Based upon these findings, Ynot has developed easy to learn curriculums that directly address and inform children of these and other health and hygiene related solutions.

Imagination Academy was developed with the belief that early childhood should be a time of fun, creativity, exploration and discovery in an environment that is secure, warm and receptive. Our promise is to nurture the nature of these little Extraordinary people to empower them to live Extraordinary lives. At Imagination Academy we feel we are Gardeners, we plant the seeds, we nurture the growth, we rejoice in watching children harvest the fruit of the experience. Imagination Academy is an experience that will last a life time. From nature explorations to explorations of educational materials, from simple scientific experiments to circle time, yoga to music to dance, from story and poetry creation to drama and each child finding their voice, from cooking and preparing foods for themselves and their families, from computers, group games, field trips and visits to businesses and intro's to CEO's and workers...each experience is ended with Celebration Parties that act as moments of pleasure to treasure that creates Recall. Imagination Academy provides a purposeful environment that supports our program to develop children's social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and financial abilities and insights as a unified wholeness.
